-mobile and api automation exp: appium framework (+)
-Python programming: for automating
-native framework or appium framework (this is what they use if they have native then they can learn appium)
-developing exp: writing code from scratch AND modifying-Swift/kotlin
-Native mobile automation experience
-iOS - XCTest or Android - Espresso) framework experience
NO MANUAL TESTERS

Breakdown:
Sprints-multiple tickets for each sprint and work through it, the design team will provide design solutions in ticket. 3 stories 1 fine task to end point>goal. 60% working on code, 10% in meetings, 20% testing.
