What You’ll Do:

1. Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate process.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
4. Stay informed about local market trends and real estate laws.
5. Develop your skills and expertise through hands-on experience and ongoing training.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads for potential clients.
2. Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills.
3. Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent.
4. Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall.
5. Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals.
6. Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients.
7. Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents.
8. Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently.

Qualifications:

1. A valid real estate license (or the ability to obtain one).
2. No prior real estate experience is required – we’ll provide the tools you need to succeed!
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and eager to grow.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Additionally, having a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $175,000 yearly
