Job Description:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to meet high-volume hiring needs. This is a 100% onsite position requiring excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with new hire orientation sessions.
• Post job openings and actively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing hiring metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience hiring hourly employees is highly desirable.
• Ability to work onsite every day in Elmhurst, IL.
