Salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour
Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls, ensuring timely and accurate entry of information into the system.
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver solutions and build lasting relationships.
• Provide accurate information using company-approved tools and methods.
• Address customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions within specified timeframes.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, account updates, and document processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of customer service or related experience.
• strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in call center environments is a plus.
