We are seeking a Customer Service Reps to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

**This is not a remote or hybrid role**

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction & Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, quotes, and status updates.
  • Act as the liaison between customers, Sales, and Engineering teams.

• Order Management:

  • Enter and acknowledge customer orders in the planning system.
  • Ensure order details are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

• Quotations & Inquiries:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver timely and accurate quotes.
  • Manage and prioritize inquiries from potential new customers.

• CRM System Management:

  • Maintain and update customer and opportunity data within the CRM system.

• Sales Support:

  • Assist sales channels in obtaining new customers and managing lead inquiries.

​Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B environments.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Technology Proficiency:

  • Competent with MS Office and CRM systems.

• Personality Traits:

  • Initiative-taking and assertive with the ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of internal customer advocacy.
