Position Overview:
- Title: Customer Service Specialist
- Location: San Diego, CA 92111
- Pay Rate: $23 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)
- Manage 85-100 incoming calls daily from patients with care and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Take detailed notes for medical professionals to review, playing a crucial role in patient care.
- Experience: Proven background in high-volume customer service environments.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking abilities.
- Passion: A genuine desire to help patients and a keen interest in entering the healthcare field.
