Per Diem Retail Pharmacist - Fresno, CA Area Job at Soliant in Fresno

We are currently seeking 2-3 experienced Retail Pharmacists to join our Soliant "float" team for per diem shift coverage in the Fresno, CA area. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple pharmacies, enjoy a flexible schedule, and work in a supportive environment with experienced pharmacy techs.

Position: Retail Pharmacist (Per Diem, Ongoing Shifts)
Location: Various locations near Fresno, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Flexible (Mon-Fri with some Saturday shifts, 9 AM 2 PM half days)
Shift Frequency: 3-4 shifts per week (Approximately 20+ shifts/month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to high-volume prescription dispensing and ensure accurate medication distribution.
• Provide excellent patient care, counseling, and medication therapy management.
• Work with Rx30 software for prescription processing and management.
• Support pharmacy operations and collaborate with a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure pliance with state and federal regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have at least 6 months of retail pharmacy experience.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred but not required, as techs on-site speak Spanish.
• Must be able to mute to various pharmacy locations around Fresno (within 30-40 minutes of the city).

Pharmacy Locations:

• Local sites include Fresno, Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, Selma, Kerman, and Orange Cove.
• Mileage allowance for shifts in Huron, Earlimart, and Mendota.
