Our client, the world's largest prime label company, is seeking a Core Cutter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, good with measurements, great attention to detail, good attendance and a desire to grow which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Core Cutter Location: York, PA Pay Range: $17.50 (Plus a $2.00 premium) Shift: 3rd shift (11pm-7am) What’s the Job? Read job ticket carefully before cutting the required cores needed for the job Set specifications on the machine (measurement accuracy and attention to detail required) Adjust/Attach slitting blades to the machine Responsible for cleanliness of machinery Light maintenance of machinery Able to walk 2-3 miles a day Inspect, remove and/or replace all defects, properly re-splice the roll, stamp each role What’s Needed? High school education or equivalent Previous machine experience helpful Strong attention to detail Ability to read a ruler and understand measurements Ability to input data in the compute Ability to stand for long periods of time What’s in it for me?
