Requirements: BLS License: Current MA RN License; ONS chemotherapy biotherapy administration card required. Tele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail. Fail could result in assignment termination.\n\nFacility is not accepting local candidates.\n\nBILH Coversheet Required\nCannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.\nCOVID Vaccines Booster required at time of submission.\n2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
