My client is seeking a Field Service Engineering Lead to be assist their growing team. This professional will be responsible for servicing customers needs in installation and maintenance of my client's machines. They will also play a lead role in assisting with organising the efforts of their growing team across the US.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer Lead will be:
- Lead a team of Field Service Engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Develop training programs and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and software systems.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions to minimize customer downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure CNC equipment operates at peak performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide detailed technical reports and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with service quality.

Profile
The successful Field Service Lead will have the following:
- Previous experience in a field/travelling role for manufacturing
- Experience with PLC Controls
- Experience working on CNC Machines
- Ability to travel up to 50% Nationwide
- Strong Communication Skills
