We are seeking a ServiceNow Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.
Primary Duties:
- Work in a team environment to configure databases, systems, and servers.
- Assist with functional & performance testing.
- Provide systems engineering to IT activities.
- Translate business requirements into solution features.
- Install and administer applications on UNIX/LINUX/Windows platforms.
- Install and administer databases.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT discipline.
- IAT Level II Certification (Security+)
- Administrative knowledge of Databases, Windows, and Linux.
- Knowledge of backups and high availability database architectures a plus!
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Network and Servers.
- Proficient in Oral Presentation and Written Communications skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with Peers, Project Leads, and Key Stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, effective Problem-Solving skills, and self-motivation expected.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or exposure with ServiceNow or Customer Management
- Exposure ITIL process is a strong plus.
- Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure)
