In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

About The Role

You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
As our HR Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a dynamic, high-performing workplace. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to build exceptional teams.
- Overseeing daily HR operations.
- Delivering constructive and professional performance evaluations.
- Processing payroll.
- Implementing HR policies with expertise and professionalism
- Ensuring company-wide compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Resolving disputes and conducting investigations as needed.
- Aligning HR goals with our organizational strategy.
- Developing and maintaining policies, processes, and training.
- Analyzing data from our HRIS.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of human resource management experience in small to mid-sized company.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Skilled in interpersonal interactions and negotiation.
- Strong analytical capabilities to address complex HR challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and changing priorities.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to legal requirements in HR practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
