A global specialist engineering company is seeking a dynamic Country Sales Manager for its US Instrumentation division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a cutting-edge industry.

The five focus markets are: Industrial Automation, Process Automation, Climate Control, Life Science and Fluid Control, and Transport.

What you will do:
  • Align regional sales strategy with global plans
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and commercial plans
  • Expand customer base in targeted segments
  • Grow Aftermarket, New Construction, and Key Account OEM business
  • Generate innovative customer solutions
What you will have:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the engineering/technology sector
  • Proven track record in senior, global sales roles
  • Strong growth mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Highly commercial and results-driven approach
  • Experience in a metrics-focused environment
  • Financial acumen and ability to enhance revenue and margins
