Job Summary
As a vital member of our leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the Vice President of Enterprise Project Management will spearhead a variety of transformative initiatives that enhance growth, profitability, customer experience, and team development. You will play a crucial role in improving franchisee satisfaction and optimizing the SERVPRO brand, operating systems, and support programs affecting over 450 corporate users as well as access for more than 2,200 franchises.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy
- Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to select, launch, and oversee transformative projects.
- Conduct annual reviews of the SERVPRO strategic plan alongside executive leadership and the board of directors to secure alignment on project roadmaps.
- Maintain a global view of the enterprise project portfolio to ensure the strategic sequencing of initiatives for optimal results.
- Apply Lean principles to drive efficiency and innovate significant process improvements.
Governance
- Structure enterprise initiatives into a cohesive portfolio with vigilant oversight.
- Manages the intake of new initiatives to align with strategic and operational plans.
- Collaborate with finance and technology leaders to establish key performance indicators and financial targets.
- Identify interdependencies among initiatives to ensure synchronized execution.
- Utilize technology to enhance communication and alignment across the organization while promoting change management to address resistance.
Execution
- Define and apply problem-solving and project management principles to enhance the organization's agility and operational discipline.
- Partner with IT and Enterprise Solutions to implement projects with a disciplined approach.
- Collaborate across departments to recruit and manage project leaders for strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate a real-time connection between internal processes and customer needs for continuous evaluation.
Organizational Alignment
- Model core values and promote process discipline to enhance employee and franchisee engagement.
- Effectively communicate the objectives of transformation initiatives and implement a results measurement system.
- Integrate change management activities into all project plans, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Encourage knowledge sharing across departments to promote continuous improvement.
- Identify capability gaps and facilitate necessary improvements within the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability and success within the company.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, franchisees, and vendors.
Your Qualifications
- Ability to work on-site at SERVPRO's headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of leadership experience in program and project management, preferably in property mitigation and restoration.
- Strong expertise in Lean principles and methodologies.
- Experience leading large-scale change initiatives through all phases of strategy, planning, design, and delivery.
- Highly organized with a proven track record in a program management office environment.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, communication, and influence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an innate ability to take initiative.
- Ability to navigate and lead change with agility and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
