The Process Engineering team is seeking a talented and passionate process engineer to grow and establish a team of engineers to work on several new product lines in their new facility.

The start up battery company has established themselves as a key playeer in the automative battery market and continue to raise new funding and addd talent across Engineer, Marketing and Sales as thing ramp up in 2025.

Description

The Process Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency and output by refining processes on pilot lines.
  • Equipment Upgrades: Design, build, and implement improvements for coating lines, analytical rigs, and other key equipment.
  • Facility Support: Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and design to ensure facilities run smoothly and reliably.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement upgrades to processes, equipment, and workspaces to boost performance.
  • Process Scale-Up: Work on scaling processes to transition smoothly from pilot lines to full production.
  • Project Assistance: Provide technical expertise and support for various projects as needed.

Profile

The successful Process Engineer will have MOST of what follows:

  • BS in Engineering field of study
  • 1+ years of experience in process engineering role
  • Battery background would be a huge PLUS
  • Hands-on experience with powder processing and converting systems PREFERRED
