The Process Engineering team is seeking a talented and passionate process engineer to grow and establish a team of engineers to work on several new product lines in their new facility.

Description
The Process Engineer will be responsible for:
- Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency and output by refining processes on pilot lines.
- Equipment Upgrades: Design, build, and implement improvements for coating lines, analytical rigs, and other key equipment.
- Facility Support: Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and design to ensure facilities run smoothly and reliably.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement upgrades to processes, equipment, and workspaces to boost performance.
- Process Scale-Up: Work on scaling processes to transition smoothly from pilot lines to full production.
- Project Assistance: Provide technical expertise and support for various projects as needed.
Profile
The successful Process Engineer will have MOST of what follows:
- BS in Engineering field of study
- 1+ years of experience in process engineering role
- Battery background would be a huge PLUS
- Hands-on experience with powder processing and converting systems PREFERRED
