The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a galvanizing leader with a creative mind and an excellent eye for engaging content. The Director of Content is a critical leadership position in the organization and plays a pivotal role in advancing the Cincinnati Bengals' brand and culture. This individual will drive and execute the team's content strategy with unique, trend-setting, content across all mediums and platforms that further establishes the Bengals and Who Dey Nation as one of the coolest brands, teams and fanbases. This person oversees the entire content team across four verticals: social media, game presentation, video production and graphic design. The ideal candidate has a work-hard, play-hard approach whose passion and creativity are infectious and inspirational to deliver the overall best results from the entire team day-in and day-out. The position requires 7+ years of post-graduate work with experience managing multiple direct reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute annual content plans across all platforms
  • Lead a talented staff (in-office) responsible for content production, social media, creative design, brand management, photography and game presentation
  • Run an efficient operation with an executive mentality, including making sound business investments across software & equipment needs, navigating contracts with vendors, managing risk, and effectively managing projects and workflow
  • Contribute to content production (e.g., shooting, editing, copywriting, motion graphics, photography, graphic design, music direction)
  • Guide social media channels' growth with a lens toward high-performing content and content trends for different platforms
  • Foster relationships and collaborate with other Bengals stakeholders and departments to support business objectives (incl. PR, Sales, Legal etc.)
