Series C travel startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to partner with their Chief Financial Officer. This is an incredible opportunity to join a 700-person organization whose recent funding propelled its valuation beyond $2 billion! Drive strategic impact by masterfully managing the CFO's complex priorities, ensuring seamless alignment across initiatives and deepening team engagement. As a trusted partner, you'll manage a dynamic calendar, craft communications, book travel, facilitate critical internal and external meetings, and drive OKR execution across team and company levels. Someone who demonstrates exceptional foresight in anticipating needs, delivers flawlessly on commitments, and possesses an innate ability to read team dynamics. This is an in-office role at their new office in Mission Bay. 130-150K+ DOE + equity, comprehensive benefits, 401k, & unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively and strategically manage an executive's calendar and schedule, prioritizing meetings and making decisions to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and track OKRs from direct reports and company-wide initiatives, keeping the executive informed on progress.
- Schedule and coordinate town halls and direct staff meetings; attend meetings to take notes, record action items, and ensure follow-through by stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison, drafting emails, and responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the CEO on annual planning calendars and ensure timely scheduling of key events.
- Manage expense reports and provide light personal support, such as rescheduling appointments.
- Prepare meeting spaces by organizing necessary materials, refreshments, and other essentials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior-leader at a high-growth, fast-paced startup.
- Highly proactive and anticipatory, capable of making strategic decisions and solving problems with minimal guidance.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and deflecting unnecessary demands to keep the executive focused on key objectives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to draft presentations and gather necessary materials from various teams.
- A holistic approach to support, including attention to personal and professional needs that contribute to executive productivity.
- Experience with creating presentations and decks, starting from a basic framework and incorporating feedback for finalization.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring meeting spaces and schedules are impeccably prepared for smooth execution.
