The salary range for this role is $73,000 - $100,100/year + Bonus

As a Sr. Client Services Analyst on the Strategic Accounts Team at Numerator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting core clients. You'll act as an extension of our partners' teams, guiding users on Numerator's Insights platform and leveraging our consumer panel to deliver analytical insights and recommendations. Your clients will include Numerator's Fortune 100 companies and rapidly growing strategic customers across CPG.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Empower Premier CPG Clients with Insights: Guide client users through Numerator's cutting-edge Insights business intelligence platform, helping them navigate the system, interpret results, and design impactful reports that address their key business questions.

Leverage Proprietary Data: Utilize Numerator's exclusive consumer panel data to execute and deliver powerful analytic insights, making strategic recommendations that drive business success.

Solve Pressing Business Issues: Craft and deliver compelling presentations to Numerator's customers, showcasing how our solutions can boost sales and enhance marketing effectiveness. Develop a deep understanding of Numerator's data, solutions, and services, and highlight their unique advantages over traditional approaches.

Explore Consumer Behaviors: Dive into the fascinating world of consumer behaviors, uncovering interesting facts and trends. Present your findings in industry forums, articles, whitepapers, and blog posts, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the field.
Skills & Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) and 1 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Desired experience in CPG, particularly in Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, and/or Shopper & Consumer Insights roles, or experience as a service provider to these functions.

Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of both syndicated and household panel data (Nielsen and/or IRI).
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software applications and services designed for the retail and consumer goods industries (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, NPD, Dunnhumby).
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence software such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, QlikView, or Business Objects.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts or openness to learning keyboard shortcut
  • Ability to quickly master the Numerator Insights platform and the reports that will best support specific client business questions

Client Relationship and Communication:
  • Skilled at developing relationships with clients to become a trusted and value-added business partner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills, particularly in front of customers or prospects.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Proven analytic skills: conceptualizing, analyzing, deriving insights from data, and designing an execution plan to derive results from insights.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
  • Inquisitive approach to solving problems with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal colleagues and external clients.
