The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Responsibilities
1. Responsible for connecting with MCN, TAP and TSP to promote the livestream scale and GMV of creators, and be responsible for the live GMV of the non apparel team.
2. Grow a stable supply of live shopping content creators by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high potential creator talent to the TikTok Shop ecosystem;
3. Develop the operation and phased strategies of global selling non apparel, and achieve performance goals by tapping the potential talents of merchants, incubating merchant-type talents, and collaborating with colleagues in content teams of various countries to precipitate the growth methodology of the content;
4. Responsible for creating classic cases and Refined Operation of global selling content, guiding project decision-making through Data Analysis, helping clothing institutions and influencers improve product efficiency, traffic efficiency and LIVE efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years experience in Internet Product Operation
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
- Familiar with merchandise, traffic play, activity operation, with a global perspective of the industry, systematic operation methodology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and XFN collaboration and integration ability; Data Driven and strong Data Analysis skills
- Effective communicator in both English and Mandarin, being able to convey complex content concepts in both languages, in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements. Business proficiency in Mandarin will be required to bridge communication and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, agencies and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in incubating top influencers and working with MCN agency
- Strong ability to summarize and abstract, good at project management, and experience in integrated marketing
