The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Processes, plays a key role in optimizing and improving processes within the supply chain. He/she analyzes existing systems, identifies inefficiencies and proposes solutions to improve operational performance, reduce costs and increase efficiency. The role also involves working closely with different departments to align processes with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency.
  2. Evaluate current systems (ERP, MRP, etc.) and propose improvements to reduce costs, delays, and errors.
  3. Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth process integration.
  4. Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Manage continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  6. Ensure a technological watch and stay up to date on innovations in the field of the supply chain.
  7. Provide reports and recommendations to management teams to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain process analysis, ideally in a similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (Excel, PowerBI, MS Project).
  7. Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with different levels of the organization.
