POSITION SUMMARY:

Come join Dominium's Talent team. We are looking for a strategic People Business Partner who embodies our culture and wants to make a difference in resolving the affordable housing challenge in the United States. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization from helping to design and implement a talent development strategy, evolving performance management, shaping succession strategy to advising on various management issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Partners closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, Talent Team, and Business Leaders to develop and implement a robust talent strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Builds and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, department heads, and employees across the organization
  • Translates business objectives into HR initiatives that support organizational growth and competitiveness
  • Serves as a partner to business unit managers, making data-driven recommendations for performance, engagement, and retention improvements
  • Designs and execute talent planning activities to identify high-potential individuals, prioritize leadership development initiatives, and establish succession plans
  • Utilizes coaching skills to support employees and managers in their development journey and navigate performance management challenges effectively
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights and recommendations on HR-related issues
  • Helps develop & drive HR initiatives and strategies that affect the whole organization.(talent process, DEI,onboarding)
  • Identifies the training and development needs of the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver or secure appropriate learning opportunities to drive continuous growth and skill enhancement
  • Adapts quickly to changing business needs and priorities, adjusting HR strategies and tactics accordingly
  • Monitors employee feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to continuously improve the employee experience and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent is preferred along with 3+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR partner
