Job summary:
We seek an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead to document business requirements, configure, and test the Oracle HCM Cloud application. The role focuses on implementing and improving Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to optimize business processes in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business teams through the project lifecycle with a focus on best practices.
• Conduct requirements meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decisions.
• Design processes, prepare solution blueprints, and configure payroll rules.
• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
• Conduct product familiarity sessions and provide user training.
• Facilitate workshops, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Assist with payroll data conversion and integration testing with third-party systems.
• Create functional designs, configuration workbooks, and solution demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years implementing HCM Payroll solutions, with 5+ years as a Functional Lead.
• 3-5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing, tax regulations, reporting (BI, OTBI), and integrations.
• Expertise in US payroll regulations, tax updates, and parallel testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification preferred.

This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and the ability to deliver quality solutions independently.
