Along with FLO we have products spanning many women's health topics such as menopause, sexual health, pregnancy, and many more to come. Your Role
As the Art Director/Photographer, you will manage and execute on photo projects, working closely with our Creative, Brand and the Marketing teams. Tasks include producing photoshoots from pre- to post- production, taking product and lifestyle photography, photographing events, building art direction and shot-lists, retouching photographs, and creating high-performing creative assets.
This role requires an expert ability to take compelling photographs within brand identity, understand lighting and camera equipment, produce photography projects, communicate with freelance networks (wardrobe, prop, HMU, talent, etc.), and build shot lists/art-direction. The Art Director/Photographer will support launches, product & lifestyle shoots, brand campaigns, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to create holistic brand experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness and possess an understanding of current industry related trends. The Art Director/Photographer will report to the Sr. Managing Producer, and will work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and creativity to our creative portfolio.

Responsibilities and Duties
- In coordination with the Sr. Managing Producer, lead O Positiv's photo projects, by guiding pre- to post- production of both large scale product launch photoshoots and scrappy smaller-scale projects
- Photograph products and lifestyle model photography for product launches, marketing materials and brand initiatives
- Pre Production: Assist in sourcing of models, locations, and additional crew
- Day-Of Production: Organize shoot and scheduling, photograph
- Post Production: Finalize and export photos, retouching, and communicating external with retouchers, etc.
- Create shot-lists and art direction for photo campaigns
- Execute upon creative to support marketing campaigns that delivers on goals and business objectives
- Accomplish multiple creative projects simultaneously across all platforms through effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate deadlines and ensure all assets are delivered.
Qualifications and Skills
Work Experience:
- Photographer, with a proven record of photo art-direction
- Expert understanding of camera and lighting equipment
- Ability to produce both large scale and scrappy projects by managing multiple budgets and fast-moving timelines
- Experienced with Adobe suite and Capture One
- Able to balance multiple projects at once and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Startup / e-commerce / supplements and Marketing experience or passion is a plus

- Team-player, hard-working, organized, & entrepreneurial in nature
- Proactive, goal-oriented and strives to drive results
- Is a strong communicator in both verbal and written forms
- Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to follow through.

Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $120,000-$140,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
