Senior Human Resources Manager
Purpose of the Job
To oversee all human resource functions at headquarters and regional offices in Australia, Canada, and Egypt. This includes strategic HR planning, recruitment, compensation management, compliance, employee relations, and professional development. The role also involves a direct oversight of the HR function in Egypt to ensure consistency and alignment with global organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies for HQ and all country offices to align with organizational objectives.
- Lead the development of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws in all operational regions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent globally.
- Standardize hiring practices and procedures to ensure efficiency and equity.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and improve candidate experiences.
Compensation and Benefits Management
- Update and maintain competitive and equitable compensation frameworks.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to align salaries with market trends.
- Oversee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational needs.
Oversight of Regional HR Functions
- Provide leadership and direct oversight for HR operations in Egypt.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices and policies across all regions.
- Monitor HR metrics and regional compliance to ensure organizational alignment.
Employee Relations and Workplace Culture
- Address employee relations issues with sensitivity and adherence to local laws.
- Foster a positive faith-based workplace culture that is aligned with the core values.
- Support conflict resolution and coach managers in effective communication strategies.
Training and Development
- Assess training needs and implement programs to support employee growth and leadership
- Oversee the development of region-specific and organization-wide professional development initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies in all regions.
- Regularly audit HR functions and practices to identify and mitigate risks.
Performance Management
- Oversee performance management systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Guide managers on delivering constructive feedback and career development opportunities.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Some expertise in labor laws and HR practices in Australia, Canada, and Egypt.
- Proven ability to lead HR functions across diverse cultural and geographic contexts.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and knowledge of the Coptic culture are highly desirable.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD) is highly desirable.
Working Conditions and Environment
- Limited to office work environment; sitting, typing, walking and occasional lifting of boxes and luggage.
- May involve occasional international travel.
