Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within enterprise accounts, focusing on organizations with 2,500+ employees. This role is pivotal to expanding our customer base and reinforcing our position as a leader in data science and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong technical acumen, and excel in building meaningful customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline, driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Understand customers' business challenges and effectively position solutions to address their needs.
Partner with Sales Engineering to conduct discovery sessions, demos, proofs of concept, and technical reviews.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide feedback and enhance offerings.
Deliver accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience selling technical software in the data, data science/machine learning, or analytics space.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
Familiarity with challenges faced by data practitioners in their workflows.
Passionate about the data and analytics industry.
Skilled in managing large, complex deal cycles involving multiple customer stakeholders.
Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration across functions, including product, engineering, and customer success teams.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Openness to learning basic SQL if not already proficient.

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Compensation:
Pay range: $105k-$150k/year
