Overview
VTG is looking for a Management Consultant/Organizational Psychologist in Chantilly, VA.
What will you do?
Contractor Tasks and Responsibilities
• Lead or support Organizational Research projects by:
• Interfacing with key stakeholders to identify needs
• Identifying and executing the most appropriate research methodologies to address stakeholder needs
• Conducting scientific literature reviews
• Performing descriptive and inferential statistics
• Conducting thematic content analysis on qualitative data
• Extracting key insights from data
• Identifying recommendations grounded in organizational science
• Developing client-facing deliverables
• Briefing or supporting briefings of results to clients across all levels of the organization
• Maintenance and support for data collection, data analysis, and data visualization aspects of high-visibility OR-owned programs, including but not limited to:
• - Measures of Impact and Mission Effectiveness (MIME)
• - SPEAR
Do you have what it takes?
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Poly Required
Skills Needed
• Expert skills in descriptive statistics using Excel, R (RStudio), or SPSS
• Advanced skills in inferential statistics using R (RStudio) or SPSS
• Advanced skills in psychometrics (valid measurement of latent constructs)
• Advanced data visualization skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Prior experience in management consulting preferred
• Master's or Ph.D. in applied psychology, such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology, preferred
• Tableau or Power BI experience preferred
Demonstrated or Willingness to Develop Skillsets In:
• Integration of organizational science/psychology into decision-making
• Public speaking
• Time management
• Project management
• Learning agility
• Critical thinking
• Initiative
