Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the management of our marketing automation systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platform, and website content. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HubSpot, a strong understanding of CRM workflows, and the ability to optimize website content for lead generation and engagement. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge and strategic thinking to enhance our digital marketing and sales efforts.
This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our corporate headquarters in Carmichael, CA.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $71,766 to $92,682 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Position Responsibilities include:
Marketing Automation & CRM Management (HubSpot):
- Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows and nurture campaigns to engage and convert leads.
- Audit and maintain the CRM database to ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and effective segmentation.
- Design and test email marketing campaigns, improving deliverability, open rates, and overall engagement.
- Monitor lead scoring and implement strategies to enhance lead qualification.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other systems (e.g., MatrixCare), troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Generate actionable insights and detailed reports on CRM performance to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Website Content Management (WordPress):
- Update and maintain website content to ensure consistency with brand standards and an optimal user experience.
- Develop lead capture forms, landing pages, and other website elements to improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting.
- Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Partner with vendors to manage technical website projects, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven expertise with HubSpot (certifications preferred) and CRM systems.
- Experience managing WordPress websites and content.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead generation best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors for advanced technical tasks.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools (e.g., Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Background in senior living or familiarity with MatrixCare software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates.
