The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and initiatives that align with HYDAC's corporate goals and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role ensures the effective promotion of HYDAC's products and solutions across target industries, supports sales efforts, and enhances the company's position as a market leader in fluid technology and systems.

You will make an impact in this role by:

Marketing Planning:

Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to support business objectives and sales targets.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Collaborate with product divisions to align marketing efforts with product launches and campaigns.

Content Creation & Brand Management:

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital content.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and platforms.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, email campaigns, social media initiatives.

Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to generate, nurture, and track leads.

Event Management:

Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, webinars, and customer events to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of events and adjust strategies accordingly.

Performance Measurement:

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster creativity and drive results.

Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and product divisions to ensure marketing initiatives support customer needs and sales objectives.

Requirements

Technical and Digital Skills
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or PowerBI for tracking performance.

  • Content Creation: Ability to oversee or contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blogs, videos, and graphics.
  • Brand Management: Understanding of branding principles and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Event Planning: Skills in organizing and promoting trade shows, webinars, or product launches.

  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketers to achieve their full potential.

  • Project Management: Skilled in planning, executing, and managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

To be considered for the Marketing Manager role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10 years industry experience
  • Proven management experience
