How You'll Make an Impact

The Executive Compensation and Equity Manager a critical role in our compensation process and will report to the Senior Vice President, Compensation and Human Resources Operations. The Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of executive compensation plans and equity programs. This role involves conducting comprehensive market research, ensuring alignment between executive pay and company goals, and maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Executive Compensation and Equity Manager will provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources, oversee the preparation of compensation data for Sr. Leadership, and manage the salary survey process. Additionally, this role will oversee the administration of equity compensation plans.

This role reports to the SVP, Total Rewards and HR Operations and will work closely with the Compensation team, Human Resources Operations, and leadership across Epsilon. The opportunity to gain insight and provide valuable counsel to Sr. Leaders and HR as well as the opportunity to influence our equity and executive compensation programs. This position will provide a critical link between strategy and execution, serving as a conduit to recruiting, HR Business Partners and management to understanding how to interpret and execute executive compensation and equity programs. This role will execute the development of and maintenance of our executive scorecards. This role will also implement metrics which provide valuable insight regarding market trends and recommendations on how to pro-actively address / respond to our ever-changing market.

What You'll Achieve
  • Develop and manage executive compensation plans and programs for the organization's senior executives.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate the competitiveness of executive compensation packages.
  • Ensure alignment between executive pay and company performance, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources.
  • Manage the salary survey process and evaluate market data for executive positions.
  • Oversee the administration of equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and other equity-based awards.
  • Assist with tax matters related to executive compensation and equity administration, either directly or through outside consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and equity administration.

Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..
    • 5 years prior experience in compensation, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in executive compensation and equity management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with senior executives and HR professionals.
    • Proficiency in compensation and equity management software and tools.

    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
    • Experience with compensation data analysis and market research.
    • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and equity management.
