In this role, you will perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. As an MLT, you will work closely with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely results, contributing to high-quality patient care.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSample Collection and Preparation: Collect and process biological specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) following established protocols to ensure sample integrity.\nLaboratory Testing: Perform a range of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques.\nResult Analysis: Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
