In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals facing mental health challenges, facilitating access to resources and helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, social, and environmental needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the interdisciplinary team. Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate, utilizing evidence-based practices. Assist clients in accessing community resources, services, and support networks. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with agency policies and legal requirements. Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system and the community. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in behavioral health. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent, as required by state regulations. Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
