JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Use Agile Mix Modeling™ (AMM), AXM’s proprietary measurement solution to measure client campaigns in close partnership with agency client teams to ensure reasonable and valuable output Develop new features for AMM according to product roadmap such as attribution, forecasting, and scenario planning. Work in partnership with the Business Intelligence team to integrate AMM with data warehouse and business intelligence processes This role is full-time and remote, working pacific time zone hours ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Construct models as needed for client reporting deliverables Communicate complex statistical information to agency client teams, and help construct narratives for client reporting deliverables Enforce statistical rigor while enabling client understanding in order to create actionable insights for clients Continue development of AMM product by improving Bayesian models and utilizing statistical and machine learning approaches to optimize attribution output and streamline the creation of valid models Participate in both short and long term architecture and product development planning Help maintain a custom code base, container images, and cloud infrastructure. Work in an AWS cloud environment Identify and Integrate LLM Agents into team workflows to increase output, efficiency, and ease of use REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or other quantitative fields preferred. Master's or Ph.D. preferred. 2+ years experience in a data scientist or machine learning role required Proven expertise in coding with Python, with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming Experience with Bayesian Modeling, ideally using PyMC and pymc-marketing, with ability to effectively communicate results Experience with the following required: Ray, Podman (or Docker), github, creating and managing containers Familiarity with machine learning techniques and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Proficiency in SQL, Pandas, and general ETL practices required Knowledge of econometrics and statistical modeling techniques strongly desired Experience in advertising analytics, mixed media modeling, and experimentation strongly desired Must have a willingness to own critical processes and take initiative, be biased toward action Ability to pivot quickly and learn new technologies and analysis techniques Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong project management, communication and collaboration skills.
