  • Must be Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. 
  • We are looking for an outstanding recruiter to join our rapidly growing Company, to develop and execute all recruiting strategies and operations within an assigned region, and to ensure an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates to meet the branch hiring needs.
  • In this role, you will recruit for many security officer positions. You will be responsible for recruiting in the Southern California region. Attend branch meetings as agreed with branch management and present strategies and ideas. Constantly review and strategize with branches on Open Post reports, upcoming new account needs, and replacement personnel needs. A successful candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, outstanding communication skills, Google Drive experience, previous recruiting experience, top-notch customer service, and a willingness to grow and learn.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous sourcing and recruiting experience utilizing platforms such as indeed , Craigslist, Facebook, Zip-Recruiter, and Glass Door, among others. Additionally, you will be working hand in hand with Branch and Account Managers, directly reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources. This is NOT a position for someone who does not enjoy public speaking or being on the phone for long periods.
  • Your primary work location will be in Commerce, CA. This schedule will be flexible depending on the needs of the Company.
  • This will NOT be a remote or work-from-home position.

Pay: $21- $23 per hour

Shift Available:

  • Monday-Friday 0900-1700 (some weekends may be required)

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers
  • Maintaining recruiting metrics
  • Assist with in-branch hiring activities on a planned or periodic 'as needed' basis by holding branch hiring events and assisting in interviewing and hiring during peak times or for special hiring events.
  • Managing applicant tracking within the automated applicant tracking system and specific areas of ATS related to recruiting activities (i.e., posting job openings, etc.)
  • Working with other company Recruiters to develop and maintain a "Recruiting Toolbox" of ideas, flyers, brochures, and methods that can be modified and adapted to each hiring need and region as appropriate.
  • Resource Binder" of all existing (and ongoing new) recruiting techniques and resources, contact names and numbers, frequency, effectiveness, etc.
  • Administer recruiting measures and provide analysis and recommendations for adjusting techniques and strategies to meet targets. Includes weekly reports on hiring, the effectiveness of recruiting sources, costs vs. return on investment, projections for future growth, and other valuable data as directed by the CEO. Be able to turn analysis into action plans by proactively anticipating and responding to trends.
  • Posting open positions on various job boards
  • Screening potential candidates for position requirements
  • Initial interviews
  • Providing the main point of contact for all candidates
  • Assists with new hire training and orientation
  • Participates in job fairs
  • Must be flexible and able to travel periodically/regularly, depending on company needs.
  • Uniform inventory and distribution
  • District Manager Support
  • Occasional office-related admin duties

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA
  • Must have the ability to read, speak, write English & Spanish
  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Three years of Recruitment experience
  • Basic HR knowledge preferred
  • Experienced in Valiant
  • Experienced in TrackTik and Paycom (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets programs
  • Shared in Zoom, Google Meet, amongst others
  • Skilled in Indeed, Craigslist, and job fairs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Computer, tablet, and smartphone utilization
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Type 45-60 wpm
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background check
