Position Title: Recruiter/Talent Management Specialist
Location: Alexandria, VA - Open for Remote Work

Duties and Responsibilities
The Recruiter/Talent Management Specialist supports the Recruiting Manager with recruiting and processing candidates for current open positions within the company. Also participates in the government proposal process by identifying qualified candidates for future positions. Prepares resumes for government proposals. Schedules new hire onboarding. Duties include the following:
- Create new job requisitions.
- Post job requisitions to hiring sites.
- Participate and take notes during screening interviews to qualify candidates.
- Collect documentation for security screening process.
- Prepare draft resumes in proposal format for contract proposal submissions.
- Support offer letter processing and coordination with the candidate.
- Schedule new employees for company onboarding.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting the recruiting process for a Federal Government contracting company or the US Government.
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with an additional four years of experience working or supporting the public sector (Federal and Dep of Defense)
- Experience recruiting candidates for program security and information technology positions.
- Knowledge and experience using industry job boards and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and composition.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Organized, team-oriented, and collaborative.
- Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects.
- Ability to be flexible, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems with professionalism and patience.
