Key Responsibilities:
· Provide executive-level support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
· Act as a liaison between the executive team and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
· Maintain and organize files, records, and databases to ensure efficient office operations.
· Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, community events, and internal meetings.
· Serve as board liaison.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse groups.
