The Account Service Executive on the Video & Strategic Partnerships Team will work in a dual-functioning role to support senior members of the team and individually contribute via ownership of select accounts. This role and team are responsible for driving sales of our video product, our key content/experiential franchises, and developing strategic agency partnerships. To accomplish these goals, this group will work hand in hand with colleagues from our traditional sales team and other adjacent departments such as Integrated Marketing, Account Management (pricing & planning), Product, Edit, Legal, etc.

Reporting into the SVP/Head of Video & Strategic Partnerships, we are seeking a proven leader with digital media experience and a strong track record to ensure we realize the full potential of our business unit.

For this role, we have a strong preference for employees who can work hybrid from our Minute Media US HQ in NYC.

  • Above all else this role is accountable for driving revenue growth and hitting goals tied to their own key accounts, Minute Media's online video business, and select video/experiential franchises
  • Reach and exceed individual sales goal with key accounts
  • Quarterback video sales forecasting exercises in partnership with finance, executive
  • Work with team and partner teams to package, monetize, track, and optimize our OLV product
  • Help to choose and develop priority video and experiential franchises. Take leadership role in prospecting, organizing, and tracking progress.
  • Assist in exploration of holding company and agency level partnerships including capital buying opportunities, barter agency relationship development, and upfront deals.
  • Champion internal collaboration with all the adjacent groups in our business that directly impact sales performance in one way or another, be their ally, be the liaison between them and our reps, ensure mutual respect and high expectations across all involved.
  • Act as a primary external representative for Minute Media's video, franchise, and strategic partnership revenue efforts within client meetings, industry events, speaking engagements, press opportunities and other occasions where your voice could create increased interest in our marketing capabilities that lead to sales conversions.

The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for performance-based compensation. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media with a proven track record of managing high-priority accounts and fostering returning and growing partnerships.
  • Strong presentation skills, including building impactful, visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote to tell clear and concise stories.
  • Experience collaborating with sales enablement teams to establish and maintain tools and processes that drive sales performance.
  • Proficiency in providing accurate reporting and analysis using databases and systems to inform prospecting, tracking updates, and strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead presentations, build buy-in across departments and levels, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Established relationships and strong standing with decision-makers at clients and agencies in the online video, content, and experiential spaces.
