The Sr. BSA - Application Portfolio Management is a motivating leader who drives strategic initiatives ensuring collaboration, communication, and visibility of projects. Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:

Application Portfolio Management
  • Collaborates with Vendors and suppliers to understand current product offerings and future product roadmap
  • Manage IT budget for ERP and supporting systems
  • Track licensing, renewals, invoice and payments for ERP and supporting systems
  • Track capital and expense expenditure
  • Negotiate with vendors on best pricing and terms
  • Collaborate with accounting, procurement, FP&A and AP/AR team for forecast, invoicing and timely payments
  • Collaborate with IT managers to track software inventory


Project Management
  • Leads large domain/discipline projects from end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way
  • Helps support and organize product strategy across single domain/discipline
  • Helps articulate business needs through in-depth domain knowledge
  • Responsible for project execution
  • Understands and communicates context of interdependencies within domain/discipline
  • Tracks and measures project benefits
  • Significant contributor to Best Practices Team of all the IT Project Managers in the organization
  • Comfortable developing and presenting at Director leadership level
  • Holds team members accountable, ensuring project team leadership has a clear understanding of goals and timelines
  • Guides other project managers and teams in domain/discipline to analyze and solve problems (people, structures, processes and technology); identifies the things that work together to improve operational health


Incumbent Attributes:
  • Education: BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience typically required to complete all essential job functions. MS/MA/MBA typically preferred.
  • Years of experience: At least 7 years of related professional experience is typically required to complete all essential job functions. Prior experience managing budget, contracts and vendor relationship is typically required.
  • Other unique job relevant attributes:
    • Past experience with application portfolio management
    • Ability to do negotiation with vendors and suppliers
    • Past experience of tracking budget and allocation to capital vs expense
    • Good collaboration skills to track software inventory
    • Ability to work with multiple departments (FP&A & Accounting) for forecast, invoicing and timely payments
    • Experience managing projects with budget of $1M-$5M
    • Project management experience in information technology with a focus on managing medium/large projects
    • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills


The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $96,120 - $134,900.

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.

In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a protentional of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer's contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
