Provides daily leadership to staff and seniors to ensure accurate recording of the company’s transactions.
Essential functions, responsibilities, and time allocation: Leads month-end close activities for the corporate entity and manages and improves financial reporting ensuring consistent close process and deadlines.
Supervises and maintains balance sheet account reconciliations and general ledger account analysis and prepares monthly consolidated financial statements and variance explanations.
Ensures that financial reporting systems and processes are structured to support the company’s rapid and continued growth. Supports acquisition integration including Purchase Accounting. Manages annual audit and periodic bank audit Ensures policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.Qualifications required:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field Seven (7) years of experience in a high growth company, handling high volume detailed transaction processing and organization. Accounting controls setup and process improvement experience Experience working in a midsize company with a multitude of vendors Accounting for a multi-division environmentInterested in hearing more?
