Job Summary: We are on the hunt for a seasoned Contract Recruiter to become a part of our Netflix Content Talent Acquisition team, focusing on filling roles from Coordinators to Directors within our content creative, production, and strategy branches. The role demands a strategic partner who can execute full-cycle recruiting with a keen eye on maintaining an excellent candidate experience amidst our fast-evolving landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to navigate diverse talent pools, offering strategic hiring advice, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive search strategies from discovery to engagement, targeting diverse talent pools across various levels of our Content teams. Partner effectively with hiring managers and Talent HRBPs to align recruitment strategies with show dynamics, production needs, and business objectives. Advise on recruiting approaches grounded in an understanding of talent market trends, compensation dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Lead the assessment and offer negotiation stages, ensuring alignment with studio values and a fiscally responsible stance towards production budgets. Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts to reflect the broader community and enhance authentic storytelling.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Strong talent assessment and negotiation abilities. Deep commitment to diversity and inclusion principles.
Industry Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with executive search exposure and a background in production and development environments. Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly familiarity with Eightfold and Workday, is desirable.
