IT Transformation Director - Google Cloud Architect

Job description:

As a Google Cloud Architect, you will work on large, transformational projects with customers to design large-scale, cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures and develop solutions for migrating, building, modernizing, and maintaining applications in the Google Cloud Platform. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture vision, aligning with Google Cloud's best practices. Define and implement the Contact Center solution's architectural standards, principles, and guidelines. Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and address architectural challenges. Ensure seamless integration of Google CES and CCaaS with existing systems. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in the AI/ML domain and find opportunities for innovation and improvement. Work with the product management team to ensure that CCAI solutions are competitive and meet customers' needs. Required Skills: Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform CCAI service, Dialog flow CX, and Agent Assist. Experience driving conversational bots for various channels (web, voice, etc.) projects. Experience in user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text, or voice. Experience in Telecom domain and processes. Strong understanding of sentiment analysis, Intent classification, and Dialogflow.
