Join the Regulatory Assurance team to execute the Compliance testing program for the Americas region, where you will design and implement comprehensive compliance testing reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What role will you play?
Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role, you will lead and conduct regular reviews across various business units and functions to identify potential area of risks and non-compliance. You will also collaborate with the team to shape compliance policies, procedures and guidelines based on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Salary range for this position: $140,000 to $190,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Must have worked in the Financial services industry for 7 + years Must have Reg Assurance/Compliance testing/monitoring, BORM, or Internal Audit experience - must have 2 plus years of this specific experience out of the 7 years total Must have experience in creating and performing tests that evaluate the adequacy of the supervisory controls and adherence to and compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher Strong knowledge of testing for investment banking.
