Starting range $85,120.00 - $106,400.00 annually

STATUS & HOURS:

Full-time, regular (approximately 2,080 annual hours) position.

This position exists to provide overall leadership, direction, and guidance in the planning, development, and execution of the MNHS Technology Service Department’s strategic operations. The role involves overseeing technology infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, and strategic development.

SUMMARY OF WORK:

Perform all supervisory functions for the network team and staff supporting the network; Lead the administration of network projects, establish standard operating procedures, and create the short- and long-range plans of the unit; Provide network expertise to the team in order to maintain and provide technical support and security in the daily operations; Lead Governance & Compliance function and has full management responsibility for the performance and development of resources; Maintain awareness of technology advances. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management information systems, or related area. Four years in an IT leadership role. Six years in managing complex IT infrastructures, including network design, hardware, Software-as-a-Service systems, and software deployment. Experience effectively leading a team of network administrators. Experience with Network Utilities for system maintenance. Knowledge of the principles of organization, management, leadership, and administration, and the ability to demonstrate skill in applying these principles. Demonstrated technical knowledge of personal computers and networking capabilities. Experience in the review and development of computer hardware and software needs. Experience acting as a technical resource on issues regarding computer operations, data communications, and networking technologies. Knowledge regarding network operations, support staff, and vendors. Knowledge of how to install and support various network software applications. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals. Strong organization and documentation skills. Ability to communicate and to establish and maintain positive interpersonal contacts to serve effectively in the technical support functions for all levels of personnel. Extremely high level of emotional intelligence. Demonstrated positive customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines, prioritize and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take individual initiative while also being able to collaborate effectively and contribute positively in a team environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability and willingness to drive. Valid driver’s license. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related area. Ten years experience working in an IT department at an organization of 500 staff.
