We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with 2–3 years of talent acquisition expertise to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves a mix of direct sourcing and agency collaboration to identify and secure top talent for specific and hard-to-fill positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Paylocity/HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter to source, screen, and engage with high-quality candidates.
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs for specific roles.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to ensure alignment on hiring goals and provide timely feedback.
Maintain and update candidate information within Paylocity/HRIS systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in recruiting, with demonstrated success in filling specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Paylocity/HRIS systems for sourcing and managing candidates.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and agency partners.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both in-house and agency recruiting environments.
Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment challenges and trends.
