What You’ll Do: Provide individual and group therapy to students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and support student needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop tailored intervention plans. Lead mental health workshops and educational sessions for students and staff. Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with all school policies and regulations. What You Bring: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Active licensure as an LPC, LGPC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent in Washington, DC. Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or community setting.
