JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead Developers for Chicago, IL location. Independently design software enterprise applications including front-end and back-end applications to completion. Lead large and small software development projects, and guide the software development team. Take requirements from the Product Manager and create blueprints as part of translating requirements. Clearly convey software product data requirements for the team. Deploy and implement analytic environment software. Troubleshoot software issues on the front end and back end. Migrate to a digital ecosystem by harnessing the latest technology and provide new solutions in compliance with governmental regulations. Build cutting-edge solutions for customers to generate and create predictive models and insights for business growth from many data sources. Mentor junior developers.
