Job Description
Onsite Network Engineer L1 /Admin Start ASAP - 6 months with possible extension Some travel required outside of CT for project support at other company locations. Job Responsibilities: Network relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls) Routing experience: Static and dynamic routing protocols, HSRP, IP SLA, BGP, IPsec Switching experience: L2 & L3 Vlans, VTP, HSRP, Nexus VPC, Port channel, STP, RSTP, PVST Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experienced in network devices rack installation and cable dressings Knowledge with network cables (Copper, Fiber, Single mode, and multi-mode) Additional Information: All candidates are encouraged to apply, but many positions require a strict drug and background check by our customers F2OnSite supports and adheres to all state laws regarding background checks This position requires specific work hours to be adhered to.
