M Street Entertainment is seeking a General Manager for Kayne Prime. The General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant and overall success. The ideal candidate will have experience in energetic, high volume, fine dining restaurants with a focus on excellence and guest experience. The role requires follow up and follow through, collaboration with support functions, high level of communication, data driven decision making and a passion for hospitality. 3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role in high-volume dining. Must have longevity (2 years + under the same restaurant/group). Corporate restaurant and independent restaurant experience preferred. Proven experience leading and developing a team, while consistently communicating value and building confidence. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time Open and receptive to feedback Compensation and Benefits:

M Street Entertainment’s salary range for this position is $85,000-105,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate growth in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency and experience levels. We believe this salary is highly competitive. Salary is just one component of M Street’s total compensation package for Team Members.
