As an Investor Relations Sr. Manager at Micron, you will be growing and leading Micron's investor targeting and tracking systems. This role will also support internal cross-functional requests for market-based feedback and attend meetings with management as needed. Key Responsibilities
Lead content development for earnings call and analyst day presentations Run Q&A, industry and internal data preparation and presentation development Be a voice of investors within Micron, and influence the company communication and strategy Provide inbound email/call support and assist with analyst and investor emails/calls backs Work with VP and IR Coordinator to expand and handle investor targeting and tracking systems and expand investor targeting program Assist in targeted NDR and conference planning, provide Q&A, prep and presentation support Support reporting and communications efforts Provide IR support for SEC filing, press releases, and other legal/corporate communications programs Support requests and assist with market feedback for internal teams. Experience
10+ years experience in investing, marketing, finance and investor relations, including 5 years of IR experience, or 8 years of Semiconductor experience in Marketing or Finance roles. Proven track record as a buy-side or sell-side investor is preferred Memory or Semiconductor experience preferred Technical knowledge in memory or related field preferred Capable of basic financial modeling and accounting principles Strong communications skills (written and verbal) Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Business Units) Self-starter with positive relationship attributes Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Engineering or a related field. MBA, CFA or equivalent experience preferred but not vital. The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $173,500.00 - $295,000.00.
