Deliver stabilizing care to emergency patients of all ages as part of the larger ER team, adapting care to changes in patient’s condition as needed. Use knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs. Document the nursing care plan and changes in the patient's condition. Engage in other activities that will benefit patient outcomes, such as patient experience initiatives, mentoring, etc. Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing One (1) Year of Nursing Experience preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements. Pay Range:
