Innovative Marketing Strategies : Drive guest engagement by executing unique marketing campaigns, building a loyal customer base. Manage staffing, inventory, and finances to maintain efficiency and profitability. Cultivate a vibrant but sophisticated environment aligned with our one-of-a-kind concept. Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the bar fresh and competitive. Oversee compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations. What We’re Looking For Proven Hospitality Management Experience
with at least 3+ years in high-end bars. Expertise in
Bar Operations , from inventory management to marketing strategy execution. Exceptional leadership skills to build and inspire a motivated team. Commitment to delivering unparalleled
Guest Experience
and connecting with customers. Certification in food safety and alcohol service is a plus. Compensation & Perks Earn $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
